You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an account and place wagers on rtp4d. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
Each player is permitted a single rtp4d account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances pending review.

By registering an Account on rtp4d, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
Age Restriction Notice: Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. rtp4d employs automated age-detection measures and conducts manual KYC checks. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, all winnings forfeited, and deposited funds returned after verification.
To become a Member of rtp4d, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully, providing your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You agree that all information submitted during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the rtp4d Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different identities, email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, rtp4d reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all related wagers, and withhold any associated Balance pending investigation.
The rtp4d Platform operates primarily in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) for display purposes. Crypto deposits are accepted in USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20) and Bitcoin (BTC) and are converted to the Account's base currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. rtp4d is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting rtp4d support via in-app live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Balance will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method after all pending wagering requirements have been assessed. Bonus Funds that have not met their applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. rtp4d strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your Account.
Security tip: rtp4d staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any message requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt. Report such messages to support immediately.
rtp4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels, subject to availability and any applicable transaction limits:
All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 (or equivalent in supported crypto). Deposits are processed in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method. rtp4d charges no fees on deposits; however, your bank, e-wallet provider, or crypto network may impose their own transaction fees for which rtp4d is not responsible.
All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account in the Member's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. rtp4d targets a processing time of under three (3) hours for local bank and e-wallet withdrawals on verified Accounts. Crypto withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times. rtp4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawals that exceed standard thresholds or that trigger fraud-detection indicators, which may extend processing times.
Before any withdrawal is approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:
No Fees on Withdrawals: rtp4d does not charge any platform-side fee on withdrawals to local Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets. Crypto withdrawals may be subject to applicable network gas fees, which will be displayed transparently at the time of the withdrawal request.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by rtp4d are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds awarded by rtp4d are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 25x (twenty-five times) the bonus amount before they become eligible for withdrawal as cash. For example, a Bonus Fund of Rp 100.000 must generate total eligible bets of at least Rp 2.500.000 before it may be withdrawn.

rtp4d employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, syndicated bonus farming, and the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, rtp4d reserves the right to void the relevant Bonus Funds and associated winnings, suspend the Account pending investigation, and pursue recovery of any funds withdrawn on the basis of abusively obtained bonuses.
Bonus Expiry: Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements expire thirty (30) calendar days after the bonus is credited to your Account. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your Balance automatically.
All bets placed on the rtp4d Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sportsbook, live casino, slot games, togel draws, poker tournaments, and video poker. These rules are accessible within each game or section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
All sportsbook wagers are settled in accordance with rtp4d's official Sportsbook Rules, which address event cancellations, postponements, walkovers, dead-heat reductions, and in-play bet acceptance windows. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to be settled as winners for a full payout; any single losing leg results in the entire accumulator being settled as a loss, with the exception of void legs which are removed and the odds recalculated. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are settled according to standard Asian handicap conventions.
All slot games and virtual table games on the rtp4d Platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested for fairness and compliance with international gaming standards. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are based on long-run statistical models and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, communication failure, or any other technical issue that affects the outcome of a game or the settlement of a bet, rtp4d reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Member's Account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a system error or software malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.
rtp4d is required to verify the identity, age, and payment method ownership of all Members before processing withdrawals. The KYC process may be initiated at registration or at any point during a Member's activity on the Platform at rtp4d's discretion.
To complete KYC verification, you will typically be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
rtp4d aims to process standard KYC submissions within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Complex cases requiring additional review may take up to 72 hours. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy in full.
In summary, rtp4d collects only the personal data necessary to operate your Account, process your transactions, verify your identity, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. rtp4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rtp4d will notify Members via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform and, where appropriate, via email to the registered address associated with your Account. The amended Terms will take effect seven (7) calendar days after publication, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory direction.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 3.4 above.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rtp4d holds its international gaming licence.
In the event of a dispute between a Member and rtp4d, the Member should first contact rtp4d's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. rtp4d will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all disputes amicably within ten (10) business days of receiving a written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by rtp4d's applicable gaming licence authority, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
